Fresh Tuna Toast

Delicious and fresh tuna toasts that include a bit of poblano chili and are accompanied by a rich mix of flavors.

  • 18 tostadas
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 potato , large, cooked, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Poblano chiles, roasted, deveined, and cut into strips

  • Sauté the onion and add the tomato, chilies, cilantro, and potatoes.
  • When the vegetables are soft, add the tuna and season with salt.
  • Let cook for five minutes and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
