2 cans tuna, drained
1 potato , large, cooked, and diced
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
5 sprigs fresh cilantro, washed, disinfected, and chopped
salt
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 Poblano chiles, roasted, deveined, and cut into strips

Sauté the onion and add the tomato, chilies, cilantro, and potatoes.
When the vegetables are soft, add the tuna and season with salt.
Let cook for five minutes and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
