500 grams tuna
12 tostadas
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 limes, its juice
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Chop the garlic and ginger and sauté them in oil
Remove from heat and add the soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame seeds.
Cut the tuna into 1 cm cubes and coat them with the sauce.
Serve the tuna on the toasts before serving them.
