Delicious and fresh tuna toast in soy sauce, with a little ginger and lemon. These tuna toasts are a delight and a perfect option as an entrance. Prepare them in hot season or when you crave something fresh and delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams tuna
  • 12 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 lemons, its juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed

Preparation

Chop the garlic and ginger and brown them in oil
Remove from heat and add soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame seeds.
Cut the tuna into cubes of 1 cm. and bathe with the sauce.
Serve tuna on toast before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a large plate so that they do not get covered.

TIPS

If the tuna is frozen, cut it into cubes before it is thawed. You can put the tuna on the toast on the table, before eating, so they do not water.

Buenísima Yo lo hago tipo carpaccio en vez que en cubitos y queda precioso. La salsa de soya le da un toque muy rico.
