190 milliliters ale beer
1/2 kilos flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch white pepper
1 pinch granulated chicken bouillon
red snapper fillets
vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with a whisk in a bowl.
The fillet is cut into long strips; I recommend red snapper or dorado, but I'll leave it to your choice.
In a frying pan or tall container, pour in the oil and let it heat without burning.
Take one of the fillets, dip it in the mixture, and place it directly into the oil; when it starts to brown on one side, turn it to cook evenly.
Drain well or use a paper towel to remove excess oil, do the same with the other fillets; if the batter runs out, prepare more.
