Garlic Paper-Wrapped Fish

  • 2 guajillo chiles, cut into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C or the electric oven to medium temperature.
  • Place the tilapia fillet on the parchment paper, pour the olive oil, guajillo chili, garlic, season with salt and pepper, add parsley, and cover with the wax paper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  • Serve and accompany with white rice and salad.
