Garlic Shrimp

500 grams shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic
2 guajillo chiles
2 onions, cut into pieces

Soak the guajillo chili in water to hydrate for 10 minutes, remove and cut into strips.
In a large bowl, place the shrimp, oil, garlic, and chiles. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Using skewers, alternate the shrimp and onion, it should be enough for 4 skewers.
Brush the skewers with the remaining marinade.
Grill the shrimp over the fire for 5 minutes on each side and serve.
