Garlic Shrimp

A very tasty recipe for shrimp with guajillo chili and plenty of garlic.

  • 500 grams shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 guajillo chiles
  • 2 onions, cut into pieces

  • Soak the guajillo chili in water to hydrate for 10 minutes, remove and cut into strips.
  • In a large bowl, place the shrimp, oil, garlic, and chiles. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Using skewers, alternate the shrimp and onion, it should be enough for 4 skewers.
  • Brush the skewers with the remaining marinade.
  • Grill the shrimp over the fire for 5 minutes on each side and serve.
