Preparation
Soak the guajillo chile in water to hydrate it for 10 minutes, remove and cut into strips.
In a large bowl place the shrimp, oil, garlic and chilies. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Using skewer wires alternate the shrimp and onion, you should reach for 4 wires.
Coat the wires with the marinade you subtracted.
Grill the shrimp over the fire for 5 minutes on each side and serve.
