Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of shrimp large, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 guajillos chilei peppers
  • 2 onions cut into pieces

    Preparation

    Soak the guajillo chile in water to hydrate it for 10 minutes, remove and cut into strips.
    In a large bowl place the shrimp, oil, garlic and chilies. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
    Using skewer wires alternate the shrimp and onion, you should reach for 4 wires.
    Coat the wires with the marinade you subtracted.
    Grill the shrimp over the fire for 5 minutes on each side and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on pineapple slices and serve with rice.
