Glazed Salmon with Mustards, Rosemary, and Thyme

Baked salmon recipe with a mustard cream with thyme and rosemary. Delicious even for those who don’t like salmon!

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoons rosemary, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoons thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seed
  • 6 salmon

  • In a food processor, place the garlic, rosemary, thyme, wine, oil, Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon of coarse grain mustard. Chop until well combined.
  • Transfer to a small deep plate and add the other tablespoon of coarse grain mustard. Stir.
  • Preheat the oven broiler and place the salmon in a baking dish. (Tip: Place aluminum foil under the salmon to avoid mess). Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place in the oven for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and generously top with the mustard sauce prepared. Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and the sauce starts to brown.
  • Transfer the salmon fillets to individual plates and serve with lemon.
