Golden Tuna Rolls

Golden tuna rolls are a very practical recipe for Lent. They are made with tuna and tortillas but seasoned in a delicious way.

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotle chiles, chopped
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 10 slices cream cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil

  • Fill the tortillas with the previous mixture and a slice of cream cheese, folding the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out.
