On a cutting board, diced the granny smith apple and reserve.
Mix the fish in a bowl with the lemon juice, salt and pepper; Refrigerate and marinate for 1 hour.
Blend the orange juice with the olive oil, basil and coriander.
Add the onion, cucumber, serrano pepper, avocado and granny smith apple to the bowl with the fish, also pour in the previous preparation and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Serve, garnish with sliced serrano pepper, coriander leaves and apple slices, served with baked toast.
