4 white fish fillets
1 cup lime juice
4 tomatillos, finely chopped
1/2 red onions, finely chopped
5 serrano chiles, finely chopped
1/4 cups olives, sliced
1 green apple, in small cubes
1 avocado, in cubes
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 cup lettuce, French Eva®
1/4 cups olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup plantain, fried

Cut the fish into small cubes and mix in a large bowl with lemon juice, tomato, onion, chili, olives, apples, and avocado.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
For the sauce, blend the olive oil with cilantro and French Eva® lettuce until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Mix the green sauce with the ceviche and season with salt and pepper.
Serve and accompany with plantain chips.
