This delicious green ceviche is unique in its kind because in addition to being delicious and acidity the green sauce is made with lettuce, which gives a twist to this recipe that will surprise you.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 white fish steaks
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 green tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 5 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups olive, sliced
  • 1 green apple, in small cubes
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
  • 1 cup lettuce, French Eva ®
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup plantain, fried

Preparation

Cut the fish into small cubes and mix in a large bowl with the lemon juice, the tomato, the onion, the chile, the olives, the apples and the avocado.
Marina in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes, covered moving from time to time.
For the sauce, blend the olive oil with the cilantro and the French lettuce Eva®, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Mix the green sauce with the ceviche and season with salt and pepper.
Serve and accompany with plantain chips.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a cocktail glass or deep dish and accompany with male banana chips.

TIPS

You can use any white fish to make the ceviche.
