Green Shrimp Cocktail

  • For the dressing, blend all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, add the shrimp, lime juice, and salt, and marinate for 5 minutes, then drain and pour in the green dressing.
  • Serve and garnish with red onion. Accompany with toast.
