Cut the mangoes into small cubes, you should end up with about 1 and a half cups.
In a bowl, mix the mangoes, pineapple, onion, chili, orange juice, and lime juice. Add the cilantro and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Season with pepper and let sit for 20 minutes.
Preheat the grill over high heat.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the fish with tongs on the hottest part of the grill, turning once after 5-7 minutes on each side.
Serve the fish with the mango sauce on top.
