500 grams white fish, (halibut) cut into 4 portions, without the skin

Cut the mangoes into squares, they should come out as 1 and a half cups.
In a bowl, mix the mangoes, pineapple, onion, chili, orange juice and lemon juice. Add the cilantro and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Season with pepper and let stand for 20 minutes.
Heat the grill on high heat.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
Put the fish with tongs on the hottest part of the grill, turning it over 1 time after 5-7 minutes on each side.
Serve the fish with the mango sauce on top.
