Cut the mangoes into small cubes, you should end up with about 1 and a half cups. In a bowl, mix the mangoes, pineapple, onion, chili, orange juice, and lime juice. Add the cilantro and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Season with pepper and let sit for 20 minutes.
