Grilled Large Shrimp

  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 2 limes, its juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on.
  • Cut the shrimp in half and remove the vein from the center.
  • Put them in a deep dish and add the rest of the ingredients; let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Place on a griddle or grill and cook until they turn golden.
  • Ready, serve hot accompanied by green salad or cucumber with apple.
