Grilled Tuna with Anchovy Sauce

Grilled tuna with anchovy sauce is a tasty dish to share with the family.

  • 6 slices fresh tuna loin
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise, (for anchovy sauce)
  • 1/2 cups plain yogurt, (for anchovy sauce)
  • 1/2 cups anchovy, chopped (for anchovy sauce)
  • 1 sprig chives, chopped (for anchovy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, (for anchovy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, (for anchovy sauce)
  • parsley, chopped (for anchovy sauce)

  • In a platter place the tuna slices and dress with salt and pepper, you smear the olive oil.
  • In a pan put to sweat the long onion (chives) minced in olive oil.
  • Aside, prepare the anchovy sauce, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, anchovies and the sweaty chopped long onion. Leaving some anchovies to decorate with the chopped parsley.
  • Place a frying pan or griddle on the stove, adding olive oil. Cook the tuna for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
  • At the time of serving place the slice of tuna in a dish add the sauce on top and decorate with the remaining anchovies and chopped parsley.
  • You can accompany it with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables or white rice.
