In a platter place the tuna slices and dress with salt and pepper, you smear the olive oil.
In a pan put to sweat the long onion (chives) minced in olive oil.
Aside, prepare the anchovy sauce, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, anchovies and the sweaty chopped long onion. Leaving some anchovies to decorate with the chopped parsley.
Place a frying pan or griddle on the stove, adding olive oil. Cook the tuna for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
At the time of serving place the slice of tuna in a dish add the sauce on top and decorate with the remaining anchovies and chopped parsley.
You can accompany it with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables or white rice.
