  • 6 slices fresh tuna loin
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise, (for the anchovy sauce)
  • 1/2 cups plain yogurt, (for the anchovy sauce)
  • 1/2 cups anchovy, chopped (for the anchovy sauce)
  • 1 sprig chives, chopped (for the anchovy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, (for the anchovy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, (for the anchovy sauce)
  • parsley, chopped (for the anchovy sauce)

  • On a platter, place the tuna slices and season with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
  • In a pan, sauté the chopped green onion in olive oil.
  • Next, prepare the anchovy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, yogurt, anchovies, and sautéed chopped green onion. Leave some anchovies for garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Place a pan or grill on the stove, adding olive oil. Cook the tuna for approximately 10 minutes on each side.
  • When serving, place the tuna slice on a plate, add the sauce on top, and garnish with the remaining anchovies and chopped parsley.
  • You can serve it with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or white rice.
