Grilled Tuna with Herb Sauce

Tuna medallions bathed in an aromatic herb sauce.

  • 4 tuna, in medallion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons herb, finely chopped (rosemary and basil)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Preheat the grill. While it’s heating up, prepare the sauce: melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic, herbs, and ginger, and sauté. Once ready, remove from heat and add the olive oil, seasoning to taste.
  • Once the grill is hot, sear the medallions.
  • Serve the medallion and top each one with the sauce.
