Grilled Tuna with Herb Sauce

Tuna medallions, bathed in an aromatic herb sauce.

  • 4 tuna, in medallion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons herb, finely chopped (rosemary and basil)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Heat the grill. While it is hot, prepare the sauce: melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic, herbs and ginger and fry. Once ready, remove from the heat to add the olive oil and season.
  • Once the grill is hot, seal the medallions.
  • Serve the medallion and on each add the sauce.
