Heat the grill. While it is hot, prepare the sauce: melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic, herbs and ginger and fry. Once ready, remove from the heat to add the olive oil and season.
Once the grill is hot, seal the medallions.
Serve the medallion and on each add the sauce.
