Preheat the grill. While it’s heating up, prepare the sauce: melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic, herbs, and ginger, and sauté. Once ready, remove from heat and add the olive oil, seasoning to taste.
Once the grill is hot, sear the medallions.
Serve the medallion and top each one with the sauce.
