Grilled Tuna with Herb Sauce

Tuna medallions, bathed in an aromatic herb sauce.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tuna, in medallion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons herb, finely chopped (rosemary and basil)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Heat the grill. While it is hot, prepare the sauce: on low heat melt the butter, add the garlic, the herbs and the ginger and stir fry. Once ready, remove from heat add olive oil and season.
Once the grill is hot, seal the medallions.
Serve the medallion and over each add the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve the medallion with the sauce on top. You can accompany the medallion with mashed potatoes.

TIPS

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
