Grouper Fillet with Peppers

A super simple recipe for fish but delicious! The sauce is prepared in the blender and you have everything ready in less than 20 minutes, a marvel!

  • 1 kilo sea bass, in fillets
  • 800 grams Cheez Whiz
  • 250 grams bell pepper
  • 1/4 liters sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Clean the fish and cut it into fillets.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter and arrange the fish fillets.
  • Put the cheez whiz, bell peppers, sour cream, and powdered broth in the blender. Blend and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Coat the fish with the sauce and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until cooked.
  • Serve hot with white rice.
