Grouper Fillet with Peppers

1 kilo sea bass, in fillets
800 grams Cheez Whiz
250 grams bell pepper
1/4 liters sour cream
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation

Clean the fish and cut it into fillets.
Grease a baking dish with butter and arrange the fish fillets.
Put the cheez whiz, bell peppers, sour cream, and powdered broth in the blender. Blend and add salt and pepper to taste.
Coat the fish with the sauce and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, or until cooked.
Serve hot with white rice.
