Hake Skewers with Vegetables

With this recipe, you can prepare delicious hake skewers, marinated and with vegetables like bell pepper and onion.

  • 1 kilo fish, hake
  • 2 onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • oil
  • salt
  • sweet paprika
  • sugar
  • parsley

  • Cut the hake fillets and place them in a bowl, marinating them with the seasonings (salt, sugar, parsley, sweet paprika, oil), let them sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • On the other hand, cut the vegetables into medium squares, soak the skewers, and set aside.
  • Alternate the vegetables with the fish (already marinated) and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, remove them, and serve warm.
