Hake Skewers with Vegetables

With this recipe you can prepare delicious hake skewers, marinated and with vegetables, such as bell pepper and onion.

  • 1 kilo fish, hake
  • 2 onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • sweet paprika
  • sugar
  • parsley

  • Cut the hake fillets and put them in a bowl, marinating them with the seasonings (salt, sugar, parsley, sweet paprika, oil), leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • On the other hand, cut the vegetables into medium squares, dip the skewer sticks and reserve.
  • Interleave the vegetables with the fish (already marinated) put them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake them for about 15 minutes, take them out and eat them warm.
