Hake skewers with vegetables

With this recipe you can prepare some delicious hake skewers, marinated and with vegetables, such as red pepper and onion.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo fish, hake
  • 2 onions
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • oils
  • salt
  • sweet paprika
  • sugar
  • parsley

Preparation

Cut the hake fillets and put them in a bowl, marinating them with the seasonings (salt, sugar, parsley, sweet paprika, oil), leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
On the other hand, cut the vegetables into medium squares, wet the skewers and reserve.
To interlace the vegetables with the fish (already marinated) to put them in a plate for oven.
Bake them for about 15 minutes, remove them and eat them warm.

PRESENTATION

Put 2 skewers on a plate on green leaves.

TIPS

You can add chili to the marinade, or the seasoning you want.
