Healthy Tuna Medallions

Delicious recipe of tuna medallions, a very healthy recipe. Accompany this rich tuna with jamaica water and a rich mashed potato.

  • 4 Dolores® tuna medallions
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped into squares
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water, the needed

  • The oil is heated and the onion is smoked.
  • Add the garlic and pepper and let it sauté lightly.
  • Add the potatoes and mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  • Water is added until the vegetables are covered and they are left to sew over a low heat for 15 minutes.
  • The medallions are added and cooked for 10 more minutes.
  • The flavor is rectified and served with steamed rice and vegetables.
