Preparation
The oil is heated and the onion is smoked.
Add the garlic and pepper and let it sauté lightly.
Add the potatoes and mashed potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Water is added until the vegetables are covered and they are left to sew over a low heat for 15 minutes.
The medallions are added and cooked for 10 more minutes.
The flavor is rectified and served with steamed rice and vegetables.
