Herb-Crusted Steak

It’s a blend of Greek and Italian flavors, very rich and practical.

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons herb, finely chopped
  • 2 grams lime, juiced completely
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground

  • Mix all the ingredients and then coat the steaks, letting them marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat a skillet with a little oil and add the steaks until all the juices have evaporated; that’s when the steak is ready.
