4 red snapper fillets, 280 g each
garlic powder

2 bell pepper, cut into strips
2 cuaresmeño chiles, finely chopped
epazote, in leaves
banana leaf, grilled
2 pieces avocado, for the guacamole
3 tablespoons lime juice, for the guacamole
1/4 cups onion, finely chopped, for the guacamole
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped, for the guacamole
2 teaspoons olive oil

Season the snapper fillets with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the snapper fillets on the banana leaves, add the bell pepper, the cuaresmeño chili, and the epazote leaves.
Cover the fish with the banana leaves and wrap it like a tamale, place in a steamer, and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
For the guacamole, in a bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado until smooth, add lime juice, onion, season with salt, pepper, add cilantro, and mix.
Serve on a plate, accompanied by guacamole. Enjoy.
