4 fish fillets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 kiwis, ripe
1 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon chicken bullion
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Peel the kiwis and blend them with half a cup of water, the broth, and the sugar.
Put the blended kiwis in a small pot and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Dissolve the cornstarch in half a cup of water and add it to the pot, whisking until it thickens, then remove from heat.
Sauté the garlic in the butter.
Place the fillets in the pan with butter and garlic and fry on both sides.
Serve one fillet on each plate and drizzle with the kiwi sauce.
