Kiwi Fillets

Delicious fried fish fillets with garlic, drizzled with sweet and sour kiwi sauce with ginger.

  • Peel the kiwis and blend them with half a cup of water, the broth, and the sugar.
  • Put the blended kiwis in a small pot and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Dissolve the cornstarch in half a cup of water and add it to the pot, whisking until it thickens, then remove from heat.
  • Sauté the garlic in the butter.
  • Place the fillets in the pan with butter and garlic and fry on both sides.
  • Serve one fillet on each plate and drizzle with the kiwi sauce.
