Preparation
Peel the kiwis and liquefy them with half a cup of water, the consommé and the sugar.
Put the liquefied kiwis in a small pot and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. It is seasoned to taste.
The cornstarch is diluted in half a cup of water and added to the pot, beating until it thickens and withdraws from the fire.
The garlic is fried in the butter.
Put the fillets in the pan with the butter with garlic and fry on both sides.
Serve a steak on each plate and bathe with the kiwi sauce.
