Lemon Fish Fillet

Light and easy to do! Lemon fish fillet is very healthy and tastes delicious.

  • 2 teaspoons butter, LURPAK®
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream, LYNCOTT®
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, cool
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 4 teaspoons lime juice, cool
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed, (sesame)
  • 1 teaspoon basil, finely chopped fresh
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar

  • For the Sauce: In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Add the cream, sugar and salt to taste.
  • Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice. Reserve.
  • For the fish: Marinate the fish fillets with the lemon juice, mustard powder, basil, sesame, salt and pepper.
  • Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook the fillets on both sides.
  • Arrange the fillets on a plate and bathe them with the lemon sauce. To serve.
