2 teaspoons butter, LURPAK®
4 tablespoons sour cream, LYNCOTT®
salt, to taste
1 teaspoon lime juice, cool
4 fish fillets
4 teaspoons lime juice, cool
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon sesame seed, (sesame)
1 teaspoon basil, finely chopped fresh
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
cooking spray
1/2 teaspoons sugar

For the Sauce: In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Add the cream, sugar and salt to taste.
Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice. Reserve.
For the fish: Marinate the fish fillets with the lemon juice, mustard powder, basil, sesame, salt and pepper.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook the fillets on both sides.
Arrange the fillets on a plate and bathe them with the lemon sauce. To serve.
