4 tablespoons sour cream, LYNCOTT®
salt, to taste
1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh
4 fish fillets
4 teaspoons lime juice, fresh
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon sesame seed, (sesame)
1 teaspoon basil, freshly chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
cooking spray
1/2 teaspoons sugar

For the Sauce: In a skillet over low heat, melt the butter. Add cream, sugar, and salt to taste.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Set aside.
For the fish: Marinate the fish fillets with lemon juice, mustard powder, basil, sesame, salt, and pepper.
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook the fillets on both sides.
On a plate, arrange the fillets and drizzle with lemon sauce. Serve.
