Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 teaspoons butter, LURPAK®
  • 4 tablespoons cream, LYNCOTT®
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, cool
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice, cool
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seed, (sesame)
  • 1 teaspoon basil, fresh finely chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • spray oils
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Preparation

For the Sauce: In a pan over low heat melt the butter. Add the cream, sugar and salt to taste.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Reserve.
For fish: Marinate fish fillets with lemon juice, mustard powder, basil, sesame, salt and pepper.
Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook the steaks on both sides.
On a plate, arrange the steaks and bathe them with the lemon sauce. To serve.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a bit of chopped scallion and sliced ​​lemon.

TIPS

Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.

pregunta el limon se le agrega cuando la mezcla este fria? por que me ha pasado que cuando le pongo limon a algo que este hecho a base de leche se corta
