  • We start by seasoning the two salmon fillets with salt and pepper, cooking them on both sides. Personally, I like to leave the skin on.
  • While the fillets are cooking, in a separate pan melt half a stick of butter and add the tablespoon of flour. Mix very well to ensure there are no lumps.
  • It is at this moment that we will add milk to taste, and I say to taste because the consistency of the sauce will depend on the amount of milk added. I recommend checking as you add and mix until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • Once you have the sauce at the desired consistency, add the salmon fillets and flake them with a fork into the sauce. This allows the sauce to absorb the flavor of the salmon. Cover and simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
  • To finish, add the sauce to the pasta and include the peas. Enjoy!
