Lobster Tacos

Lobster tacos are a delight commonly eaten in the cities of Baja California, Mexico. The lobster taco recipe consists of garlic lobster, flour tortillas, and spices.

  • 500 grams lobster
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • olive oil

  • 1 package flour tortillas

  • Rinse the rice and drain. In a saucepan with a little oil, sauté the rice with garlic and onion, then add three cups of hot water, chicken bouillon powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat until the water evaporates and the rice is tender.
  • Wash the lobster and remove all the meat. In a pan with a tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter, sauté the lobster for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat the refried beans in a pan.
  • In a hot skillet, warm the tortillas over low heat on both sides.
  • Prepare each taco by spreading a tablespoon of beans on each tortilla, a tablespoon of rice, and 2 tablespoons of lobster.
