Preparation
Wash the rice and drain. In a saucepan with a little oil brown the rice with the garlic and onion and add three cups of hot water, chicken powder and salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat until the water evaporates and the rice is tender.
Wash the lobster and remove all the pulp. In a pan with a tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter brown the lobster for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the refried beans in a pan.
In a hot comal the tortillas simmer on both sides.
Prepare each taco by spreading a tablespoon of beans in each tortilla, a tablespoon of rice and 2 tablespoons of lobster.
