90 grams butter
1 can duck sauce
1 jar olives
1 can peas
1 jar tomato clam juice
1/2 onions
1 anaheim chili
vegetable oil

Fry the manta in oil, and once it is slightly golden, add the butter.
Then add the onion and Anaheim chili.
Once the onion is golden, add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and let it cook for a few minutes.
