Manta al Disco Style Sinaloa

  • 1 kilo stingray, (manta ray meat)
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1 can duck sauce
  • 1 jar olives
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 jar tomato clam juice
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 anaheim chili
  • vegetable oil
