Maple Honey Glazed Salmon

Delicious recipe for oven-baked golden salmon with a mixture of Dijon mustard and maple honey. Ready in less than 15 minutes!

  • 4 salmon fillet, thick with skin
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 1/4 cups Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the salmon skin side down.
  • Mix the maple honey with the mustard and spread it on top of the salmon.
  • Bake for 7 minutes.
  • Turn on the oven broiler to the highest setting and cook the salmon at the top of the oven for 3-4 minutes or until it browns.
  • Serve with white rice.
