4 salmon fillet, thick with skin
1/4 cups maple syrup
1/4 cups Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the salmon skin side down.
Mix the maple honey with the mustard and spread it on top of the salmon.
Bake for 7 minutes.
Turn on the oven broiler to the highest setting and cook the salmon at the top of the oven for 3-4 minutes or until it browns.
Serve with white rice.
