  • 1/2 kilos cod
  • 1 kilo tomatillo

  • 100 grams raisins
  • 100 grams almonds

  • Soak the bacalao the night before. The next day, change the water and bring it to a boil, drain it, and break it into pieces.
  • Beat the eggs, coat the pieces, and fry in very hot oil, then arrange them on a platter.
