  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams salmon, without skin

  • 1 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs, you can substitute it with almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon, zest
  • 2 avocados, for the avocado sauce
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 2 pickled serrano peppers
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • pinches salt
  • pepper
  • butterhead lettuce, for serving
  • radish, in thin slices, for garnish
  • fresh thyme, For garnish

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, cook the garlic until lightly browned, add the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and cook until well done. Remove, cool, and flake.
  • In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon with the tomato, onion, cilantro, egg, breadcrumbs, and lemon zest. Season to taste and form patties with your hands.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, spray with a little cooking spray, cook the patties until they are golden brown and remove.
  • Blend the avocado with lime juice, árbol chili, avocado oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper until you obtain a very smooth sauce.
  • Serve the patties on lettuce leaves, garnish with guacamole, radish, and fresh thyme.
