  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 cups tuna
  • 1 cup fresh tomato, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons serrano chile, in thin slices
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Peel the cucumbers and cut into two or three pieces, depending on the size; remove the seeds and hollow them out. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna with the tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, serrano chili, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
