Mexican Tuna Ring

  • 1/2 red onions
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 5 tomatoes, medium
  • 1/2 cups cilantro
  • 4 cups canned tuna, drained
  • 1 lime, juice, seedless
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup McCormick Balance™ avocado oil mayonnaise dressing
  • pico de gallo, with avocado, for serving
  • cilantro leaves, for decorating
  • saltine crackers, for serving

  • On a cutting board, finely chop the red onion, serrano chili, tomato, and cilantro.
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna with the tomato, onion, serrano chili, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and McCORMICK Balance® Mayonnaise with Avocado Oil.
  • Place a layer of plastic wrap in a ring mold and on top, the tuna mixture and press to compact it.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Unmold and decorate with pico de gallo with avocado and cilantro leaves. Serve with crackers.
