1 tablespoon white miso paste
2 tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine)
2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
2 salmon fillet
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to broil. This is for finishing the cooking of something that cooks quickly or doesn't need much heat.
Mix the miso paste, mirin (rice vinegar), soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Place this mixture over the salmon on a baking tray.
Cook in the oven on broil for 8 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with white rice and a salad.
