Mixed Skewers

  • 18 shrimp, large
  • 6 sticks surimi, in pieces
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped into cubes
  • 300 grams salmon, chopped into pieces
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • salt, to taste

  • Once all the ingredients are chopped, place a little oil in the skillet. Sauté the ingredients until cooked.
  • On the skewers, insert pieces of each ingredient. You can make a skewer by alternating all the ingredients, meaning on one stick you place a piece of shrimp, a piece of surimi, a piece of bell pepper, and a piece of salmon.
