Ingredients

6 portions
  • 18 shrimps, big
  • 6 sticks surimi, in pieces
  • 2 red peppers, cut into squares
  • 300 grams salmon, cut into pieces
  • 1 italian lettuce
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Once all the ingredients are cut, put a little oil on the satin. Sauté the ingredients until cooked.
In the skewer sticks insert the pieces dude each ingredient. You can make a skewer by alternating all the ingredients, that is, on a stick you put a piece of shrimp, a piece of surimi, a piece of pepper and a piece of salmon.

PRESENTATION
