4 bolillo rolls, cut in half
1/4 cups butter
1 cup refried beans
1 cup shrimp, cleaned and sautéed in the pan with olive oil and onion
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cups árbol chile sauce, to accompany

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Toast the bolillos on a griddle with a bit of butter. Remove from the griddle and spread with warm refried beans.
Place the shrimp on the bolillos, cover with cheddar cheese and a bit of sauce.
Serve.
