Mussel Soup

A delicious soup of mussels to impress everyone who tastes it for the delicious flavor. Go ahead and accompany her with a white wine.

  • 1 kilo mussels, clean in the shell
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 5 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup white wine
  • saffron
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • thyme

  • Boil the mussels in water for 5 min and reserve only those that have been opened and the cooking broth.
  • In a pan heat the butter and add the garlic, shallot and parsley. Add the flour and stir until it is well incorporated.
  • Add the white wine, the lemon juice, the saffron, the mussels and the cooking broth of the mussels.
  • Once it boils it rectifies seasoning. Serve and decorate the dishes with the thyme.
