1 kilo mussels, cleaned in the shell
2 tablespoons butter
1 shallot, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
5 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup white wine
saffron
1 tablespoon lime juice
thyme

Boil the mussels in water for 5 minutes and reserve only the ones that have opened and the cooking broth.
In a skillet, heat the butter and add the garlic, shallot, and parsley. Add the flour and stir until well incorporated.
Add the white wine, lemon juice, saffron, mussels, and the cooking broth from the mussels.
Once it boils, adjust seasoning. Serve and garnish the plates with thyme.
