Mussels in White Wine

  • 1 kilo mussels
  • 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • white wine

  • Once your mussels are clean, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the garlic; when it starts to smell, add the mussels, and after a minute or two, add the white wine and parsley.
  • Check that the mussels are cooked and remove from heat.
