1 kilo mussels
1 clove garlic
olive oil
1 sprig parsley
white wine

Once your mussels are clean, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
In a frying pan heat the olive oil and add the garlic, when it begins to smell add the mussels and a minute or two add the white wine and parsley.
Check that the mussels are cooked and remove from the heat.
