Mussels in white wine

Quick and delicious Mediterranean recipe for mussels in white wine. Prepare them for a special gathering.

  • 1 kilo mussels
  • 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • white wine

  • Once your mussels are clean, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  • In a frying pan heat the olive oil and add the garlic, when it begins to smell add the mussels and a minute or two add the white wine and parsley.
  • Check that the mussels are cooked and remove from the heat.
