1/2 balls spaghetti
1/2 glasses olive oil
2 shallot, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 ball clams, cleaned
1/2 glasses parsley, chopped
1/2 glasses dry white wine
2 pieces butter, cut into small cubes

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions, about 8 minutes for al dente.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. When it's hot, add the chopped shallots and garlic and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the clams and the wine. Cover the pan and lower the heat. Let them cook for about 6-8 minutes until almost all the clams have opened.
Add the chopped parsley and cubed butter. Stir to thicken the sauce. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the pasta from the boiling water and drain it. Add the pasta to the clam sauce and stir.
Serve the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
