1/2 balls spaghetti
1/2 glasses olive oil
2 shallot, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 ball clams, clean
1/2 glasses parsley, chopped
1/2 glasses dry white wine
2 pieces butter, cut into small cubes

In a large pot, bring water to a boil with salt. Add pasta and cook according to package directions, about 8 minutes for al dente.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. When it is boiling, add the shallots and minced garlic and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the clams and wine. Cover the skillet and lower the heat. Let them cook for about 6-8 minutes until almost all the clams have opened.
Add the chopped parsley and cubed butter. Stir to thicken the sauce. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the pasta from the boiling water and pass through a strainer. Add the pasta to the clam sauce and stir.
Serve the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
