This exquisite pasta with clams is very easy to prepare in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 ball of spaghetti
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 2 to taste of shallot finely chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 ball of clam clean
  • 1/2 Cup of parsley chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of dry white wine
  • 2 pieces of Butter cut into cubes guys
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper

    Preparation

    In a large pot, put water to boil with salt. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package, about 8 minutes so that it remains al dente.
    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. When boiling, add the chopped echallots and garlic and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
    Add the clams and wine. Cover the pan and lower the heat. Let them cook for about 6-8 minutes until almost all the clams have opened.
    Add chopped parsley and butter in cubes. Stir so that the sauce thickens. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
    Take the pasta out of the boiling water and pass through a strainer. Add the pasta to the sauce with clams and stir.
    Serve the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.

    TIPS

    Accompany this dish with a Chardonnay wine.
