Prepare this delicious Nayarit-style fish ceviche, very different from the conventional, with ingredients you surely have in your refrigerator and with a spectacular flavor. Go ahead and try it!
In a food processor, finely grind the fish. Set aside.
Finely chop the onion, cilantro, tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Grate the carrot finely.
Mix the fish, lime juice, chopped vegetables, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl until all ingredients are combined and marinate for 5 minutes. Strain.
Serve and enjoy.
