Enjoy this delicious seafood noodle dish, with the delightful combination of Kikkoman® soy sauce, ginger, noodles, shrimp, squid, mussels, and some crunchy vegetables. Share it with all your family and friends!
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® hoisin sauce, for the sauce
1/2 cups Kikkoman® traditionally brewed soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1/2 cups green onion, finely chopped, including the tail
2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
1 cup shrimp, cleaned, without shell
1/2 cups squid
1 cup mussels, cleaned
1 cup shrimp, clean
1 cup carrot, in thin strips
1 cup green bell pepper, in thin strips
1/2 cups chinese pea
sesame seeds, for garnish

To cook the noodles. In a pot with boiling water, cook the noodles over medium heat according to package instructions (approximately 6 minutes) or until the noodles are well cooked. Drain, cool under cold running water, and set aside.
For the sauce. In a bowl, mix the ginger with the brown sugar, Kikkoman® soy sauce, and Kikkoman® Hoisin Sauce until all ingredients are combined.
In a wok or deep skillet, pour the peanut oil and cook the green onion; let it caramelize for 2 minutes, add the garlic, shrimp, squid, mussels, prawns, and sauté for 6 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
Add the carrot, bell pepper, and peas, sauté to mix everything; add the cooked noodles and the previously mixed sauce, cook for 8 minutes.
Serve on a wide plate, garnish with sesame seeds, and pair with a nice iced tea.
