To cook the noodles. In a pot with boiling water, cook the noodles over medium heat according to package instructions (approximately 6 minutes) or until the noodles are well cooked. Drain, cool under cold running water, and set aside. For the sauce. In a bowl, mix the ginger with the brown sugar, Kikkoman® soy sauce, and Kikkoman® Hoisin Sauce until all ingredients are combined.
